Located in Irving, TX, BMW is one of the largest independent car wash equipment distributors in the nation and completes installation projects across the country.
  • National Carwash Solutions (NCS) has been serving customers in North America for more than 45 years and supports car wash operators who wash millions of vehicles every year. NCS operates a family of brands that provide systems, nationwide support, and a complete chemical line, including MacNeil Wash Systems, Ryko Solutions, Cleaning Systems, Inc. (CSI), CleanTouch Wash Solutions, NCS College of Clean, and Vacutech. NCS is a portfolio company of Berkshire Partners.
  • Scura Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to BMW by evaluating its strategic options and providing advice on valuation, structuring and assisting in the negotiations with NCS, the ultimate purchaser of BMW.
