Jerome J. Cincotta

Mr. Cincotta is a Partner at Scura Partners and has over 25 years of experience in investment banking. He has worked in multiple industry sectors, focusing primarily on Technology and Industrials, with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to start-up entities.

Denis F. Kelly

Before joining Scura Partners, Mr. Kelly was Managing Director and Co – Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Prudential Securities Incorporated from 1993 to 2000.

John W. Marcus

John W. Marcus is a Partner at Scura Partners and leads the firm’s strategic initiative with Accounting firms and Wealth Management firms. For over 40 years, Mr. Marcus has served as an investment banker, merchant banker and lender.

Paul V. Scura

Mr. Scura is a founder and Managing Partner of Scura Partners. Prior to forming Scura Partners, Mr. Scura held a series of positions with Prudential Securities from 1986 to 2000 including, Executive Vice President and head of global investment banking.

Sean M. Smith

Sean M. Smith is an Analyst at Scura Partners. Prior to joining Scura Partners in 2021, Sean held consecutive internships as a Credit Analyst at American Business Bank.

Matthew D. Vertin

Mr. Vertin is a Partner at Scura Partners. Mr. Vertin has a broad range of experience in raising capital in both the public and private capital markets as well as providing financial advisory services to a diverse array of companies.
