Scura Partners Advises Campus Door Holdings Inc., (Campus Door) In Its Merger with Incenter LLC, a portfolio company of Blackstone (NYSE:BX)
June 17, 2017 – Campus Door, a leading provider of private student loan origination platforms and software services to major commercial banks, credit unions, and finance companies throughout the United States, recently merged with Incenter, a portfolio company of Blackstone. Scura Partners helped to initiate this transaction on behalf of Campus Door, acted as the Company’s financial advisor, and participated in the negotiations leading to the merger. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Campus Door’s combination with Incenter will enable Campus Door to accelerate its growth throughout the United States, further solidifying the Company’s leading position as a major service provider to the private student loan industry in the U.S. “Being part of the Blackstone family will undoubtedly help drive our business.
